 I’m so excited to begin working with you on your dream wedding florals! This small fee opens a big door to a lot of dreaming, floral planning, and possibility. Florals are a big part of your day, and I’m excited about the designs that are in store for you! The initial 30 minute phone consultation is complimentary and is a great starting point for us to discuss your must-haves and biggest dreams. We take this time to brainstorm ideas and I ask that you have a good idea of your budget so that the conversation can be guided in the direction that reflects your desired price point. After the phone call, I will create a detailed design proposal and inspiration board created for us to go over in our next meeting.

THE INITIAL CONSULTATION (APPOINTMENT #1)

      Our first in-person consultation will give us the opportunity to sit down together and view the proposal and inspiration board. In this meeting, we will figure out what works and what doesn’t; what you simply can’t live without, and what may not be as crucial. We get the design and the price to a place where we all can leave in excitement and anticipation.

In order for the date to be booked, a 50% retainer fee is required. This fee allows us to commit to you our time and floral design services, as well as allows you to take home all of the images, quotes, and ideas that I’ve prepared for you. A deposit can be made at a later time, but until then I cannot ensure date availability, and I also keep our original design plan.

THE FINAL CONSULTATION (APPOINTMENT #2)

    The final appointment will take place around 6 weeks before your wedding day. At this meeting, you’ll be invited to bring any last minute detail changes that you need to make (adding a boutonniere, guest table count change, etc). We will also take this time to confirm all logistics and will answer any questions you might have. You may also submit your remaining balance at this time, or any time before the due date stated on the contract. This is an exciting meeting where we will discuss any and all details that need attention in order to make your dream florals a reality!
